Cookie Policy

We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the app. Our public quote and invoice pages set no tracking cookies and show no cookie banner because they are transactional pages.

Last updated 5 June 2026.

1. Our approach

We deliberately keep cookies and tracking to a minimum. The authenticated QuoteChase app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run securely. Our public quote and invoice pages are transactional and do not set tracking or advertising cookies.

2. Cookies and technologies we use

TypePurposeConsent needed
Authentication and sessionKeep you securely signed in to the app and protect against request forgeryNo (strictly necessary)
PreferencesRemember choices such as a dismissed install or tour promptNo (strictly necessary)
Analytics (cookieless)Aggregate, privacy-friendly page-view measurement that does not use cookies to identify youNo cookie set
Payment providerStripe may set cookies during checkout or card payment on its own hosted pages to prevent fraudGoverned by Stripe on its pages

3. Managing cookies

Because the cookies we set are strictly necessary to provide the Service you have asked for, they are exempt from consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the app may not work properly if you block the authentication cookies.

4. Changes

If we introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and seek your consent where the law requires it. Questions can be sent to support@quotechase.co.uk.
