Billing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel, update your card, switch plan and view receipts.
Is there a free trial?
No, QuoteChase is a paid product from your first day. There is no lock-in though: choose Standard or Pro with monthly or annual billing, cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal, and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. After that, your account becomes read-only and automatic chasing stops.
Are refunds included?
Refunds are handled case by case. If something has gone wrong with billing, contact support and we will review it fairly.
Which tier should I choose?
Standard is for one-person businesses sending up to 50 quotes and standalone invoices per month. Pro is for busier businesses that need 4 included users, optional extra users at £10/month each, and unlimited quotes and invoices.
Is texting (SMS) included?
Automatic texting is a Pro feature. On Pro, QuoteChase sends quote links, invoice links and chase reminders by SMS itself, on schedule, with 200 texts included every month, so following up never depends on you picking the moment. Every plan, including Standard, can share a quote or invoice to WhatsApp or copy the link in one tap.
